Based in the head office in St Mellons, Cardiff an opportunity has arisen for a HR and Training Administrator to join our team.This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are looking to build a career in HR or Training. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks and gain exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee records, and general HR operations and well as our Training function. Principal DutiesTo carry out all the administrative functions related to the recruitment of any new staff subject to due authorisation and within agreed procedures: these functions includeTo receive and handle courteously and efficiently any telephone enquires relating to H.R issues.
