Summary
As well as Leadership and potential line manger responsibilities and complaint resolution the role requires.
Regular review and challenging of Performance & Performance Measures / KPIs to ensure required standards are met and maintained - Monitor and monitoring of trends relating performance.
Utilisation of contract mechanisms to hold Industry Partner to account, enabling timely and robust measures to be put in place, to incentivise any required improvements in performance.
Act as SME for delivery of Defence Accommodation Stores (DAS) to SFA, in line with policy.
Regular attendance at the Contractor Helpdesk or other locations for performance management and progress meetings
Manage and, if possible, resolve escalated issues requiring DIO Accommodation decision, input or guidance.
Act as the Service Manager's Representative (SMR) (iaw delegations, departmental policy, guidelines and instructions) in instructing the FDIS NAMS contractor Foster collaborative relationships with RAMS and NAMS Case Handlers to develop a mutual understanding on case management processes and facilitate effective resolution.
