Role: Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Working Pattern: Business operating hours are between 08:30 – 18:00. The location of work is Peterborough, with the option for a blended working approach, agreed with your Line Manager.

Location: CITB Peterborough Office, 4 Cyrus Way, Peterborough, PE7 8HP

Contract: Permanent

Grade: Specialist Contributor 2

Salary Range: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum

Target Salary: £42,642 per annum

Why This Role?

As part of our growing People team, you’ll be responsible for the front and back-end support of our Oracle HCM Cloud system. Working closely with our IT Systems Administration team, you’ll ensure the system runs smoothly, securely, and effectively to meet the evolving needs of our organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud from a HR perspective
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all modules
Leading system enhancements and updates
Conducting compliance audits and ensuring regulatory alignment
Supporting HR teams with data-driven insights for strategic planning
What we’re looking for:

Essential Criteria:

Extensive experience as a data analytics specialist in a fast-paced HR environment
Strong ability to independently query, manipulate, analyse, and interpret data
Proven experience integrating data-driven insights into business decision-making
Exceptional stakeholder management and business acumen
Ability to document business requirements and deliver in an agile environment
Proficiency in reporting and data visualisation tools, especially Microsoft Power BI
Desirable Criteria:

Solid experience using Oracle HR systems
Line management experience
