Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

As a Senior Academy Administrator at Caister Academy, you will be a positive role model and consistently demonstrate the positive attitudes, values and behaviours, which we expect of pupils. Our ideal candidate would:

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent numeracy/literacy skills/GCSEs including grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Experience of working in an administrative role.
• Efficient organisation and administrative skills with the ability to respond well to pressure.
• Excellent communication skills including verbally, in writing, face-to-face and over the telephone.
