Tasks
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
* Encourage active participation and build student confidence.
* Assist students with behavioral challenges and learning development.
* Support with classroom activities, displays, and creative tasks.
* Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
Skills
* Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting.
* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
* Legal right to work in the UK; full-time availability.
