Are you a friendly, organised individual looking to join a professional team in a thriving manufacturing environment? I am seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face for my client based in Bootle.
Your new role
The position is offered part-time with working days on Monday and Tuesday and working hours of 08.30am until 17.00pm.
This position forms part of a job share, so some flexibility will be required with the potential of working additional hours to cover holidays etc.
There is a strong possibility that the position will be made permanent for the right candidate.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
You'll support day-to-day front desk operations and assist with light administrative tasks.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Meet and greet all contractors / staff in a polite and friendly way
Dealing with all security passes
All incoming and outgoing posts
Booking meeting rooms and refreshments
Data Entry
Answering calls and transferring where necessary
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times
What you'll need to succeed
Proven history within a front-of-house position
Professional and friendly approach
Ability to deal with all levels of management
Strong knowledge of the Outlook system
Excellent eye for detail
