We're looking for a Procurement Project Co-ordinator to join an innovative team on a fixed-term contract, playing a key role in bridging procurement and project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in procurement or purchasing who enjoys variety and cross-functional collaboration.
What's on Offer:- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday working hours.

- Project Co-ordination: Support projects from start to finish by managing scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and timelines.
- Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships. Assist in negotiations, pricing reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Purchase Order Management: Create, track, and manage purchase orders, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring accurate records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across procurement, sales, design, and customer service to support successful project delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement processes align with company standards and external regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline procurement and project workflows for increased efficiency and cost savings.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or project co-ordination.
- Ideally from a manufacturing or production background.
- Strong communication and supplier negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in using procurement and project management tools/systems.
