About the Company:Our client is an international powerhouse in surplus industrial asset management, partnering with leading manufacturers and research organisations in pharmaceuticals, biotech, food production, chemicals, electronics, and consumer goods. With a footprint across the US, UK, LATAM, and Asia, they help clients maximise value and minimise waste through innovative asset resale and redeployment strategies.
The Role:As a Business Development Executive, you will take ownership of expanding the company's European client base. You'll engage with key decision-makers, deliver tailored solutions, and represent a unique portfolio of sustainable, high-impact services.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, responsibility, and opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and engage potential clients across European markets.
- Drive outbound sales activity via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Qualify leads and manage relationships through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM systems.
- Collaborate on proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
- Support regional and international sales initiatives.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in European markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Proactive "hunter" mentality with strong research and prospecting skills.
- Highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
