Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Identify key markets, target customers, and sales channels. Develop plans to penetrate new markets and grow sales within existing markets.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by reaching out to new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, and negotiating deals.
Monitor and Report on Sales Performance: Track sales figures, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors. Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on any inquiries or issues.
Product Promotion: Work with retailers to set up in-store promotions and product displays. Provide product training and information to key retail partners to increase brand visibility.
2. Marketing Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Work on increasing brand awareness by developing marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance brand image and consumer engagement.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the FMCG industry. Use findings to refine marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing campaigns, social media presence, and other digital channels to promote products and increase customer engagement.
Content Creation: Develop and coordinate promotional content such as brochures, product descriptions, advertisements, and presentations.
Event Management: Organize promotional events, product launches, and other activities to enhance brand visibility and increase market penetration.
Monitor Campaign Performance: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
Coordinate with Distributors and Retailers: Maintain open communication with distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and effective marketing strategies at various sales points.
4. Budgeting and Reporting:
Budget Management: Assist in managing sales and marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, including performance analytics, insights, and recommendations.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with the ability to close deals and maintain long-term relationships.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools. Experience with data analytics platforms is a plus.
Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages may be beneficial depending on the market.
