Summary
We are a small charity with a big heart, supporting young people through creative activities, conversation, and community projects. As a Youth & Community Worker, you’ll build trusting relationships, deliver engaging sessions (sports, arts & crafts, upcycling, outdoor activities), and support young people to learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll also help plan events, manage records, and contribute to the charity’s operations. We’re looking for someone approachable, adaptable, and proactive, with strong teamwork and safeguarding awareness.
