About the Role

In this role, you will:

To facilitate the smooth running of IDAS Sanctuary Scheme.
To deal with telephone enquiries relating to safe accommodation.
To provide advice, information and assistance to anyone contacting the hub in relation to safe accommodation/target hardening items.
To monitor target hardening stock and assist with the distribution of items internally and externally.
To collect and record information required by the Lead and Manager, including equalities information to ensure we are reaching diverse communities, including those living in rural areas.
To liaise with contractors regarding the fitting of target hardening items.
To assist with the support of a small number of volunteers
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
