Summary
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Saw Man to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining saws used in the cutting of aluminium sections. Precision, safety, and efficiency are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate of saw to cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings or cutting lists.
• Ensure cuts are precise and meet quality standards.
• Inspect saws before use to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Work closely with production or site teams to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience operating saws in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to read measurements and technical plans.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable but not essential:
• Forklift or machinery operation certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge of material handling and storage best practices.
