Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 per year

Our client is the largest privately-owned mortgage network in the UK. Their goal is to continue to be the best home for Mortgage Advisers, Protection Specialists, Equity Release Experts and General Insurance professionals, whatever their size or location. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their network support team at their head office in Leicester (near Meridian).

The Role

Getting the right outcome for customers is at the heart of what our client does. The main aim of the role is therefore to support their members in the network so that they can achieve this.

Working mainly on the phone (inbound and outbound), or over Teams, you could be dealing with queries about anything, so our client is looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Full training will be given to enable you to resolve any questions or signpost them on to the relevant department.

Experience of working under pressure, prioritising, and working to deadlines is essential. This is a real opportunity for anyone looking to enter into financial services.

Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word etc. are essential, as is an eye for detail.

Other key tasks include:

- Handle inbound calls to the network.

- Proactive and accurate resolution of queries by liaising across departments where required.

- Timely and transparent communications with the network to manage expectations and resolutions.

- Manage multiple workloads across inboxes, phone contact and Teams meetings.

- Proactively inform their network of company and industry developments via outbound calling.

- Undertake demonstrations via the telephone or via Teams.

- Maintain accurate records on the database.
