Summary
Other duties include: Work alongside other members of the practice nursing and clincial team to meet QOF and PIP targets Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care To develop, implement and embed health promotion and well-being programmes and improve the health and well-being of the specific needs of communities, groups and individuals To co-ordinate the provision of travel medicine services, and to ensure we promotion of the service To support the team in dealing with clinical emergencies Carry out the child immunisation clinic and ensure a robust recalling system for 8 weeks checks and baby immunisations To maintain updated knowledge and skills in IPC and feeding back / share information appropriately on matters relating to IPC to all practice staff. Participate in the review of significant events and support and participate in shared learning within the practice Ensure all PGDs are kept up-to-date and that all nursing staff are compliant with them Ensuring all rooms remain CQC compliant Monitor stocking levels and ensuring no out of date equipment or stock in found within the rooms
