Summary

Maintain clear, accurate, legible and up to date trust documentation that provides an accurate record of perioperative care delivered in accordance with the most recent NMC/HCPC standards for record keeping. Maintain confidentiality of trust and patient information. Comply with the Data Protection Act and Caldecott recommendations.
