Summary

About the role of Project Surveyor

The business prides themselves on their proven track record of superior build quality and exceptional market presence, delivering an average of 4,000 homes of all types and tenures, alongside more than 150,000sqft of commercial and community spaces per year. Your main objective will be to work mainly on the procurement of logistics, services, facades and building safety regulation packages. As the on site Project Surveyor, you will benefit from working alongside the existing commercial team and have the full backing from your Senior Quantity Surveyor. This specific development requires outstanding knowledge of Reinforced Concrete Frame construction as over 500 units are being erected in the 4th Phase of this high-rise residential development. The desired candidate will be within a commutable distance of North London with the most convenient train station to the vacancy being Finsbury Park Rail Station.

The ideal candidate desired will…

  • Prepare and review procurement strategies
  • Understand logistic and façade packages
  • Own great knowledge of the current building safety regulations
  • Possess a strong technical knowledge and be able to provide support to less experienced commercial staff on the project
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in RC Frame projects is vital for application.

The role includes a 6 month Freelance contract proposed, and an extremely competitive daily rate offered depending on experience paid via umbrella PAYE.
