An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, experienced, and highly supportive team at a well-established small animal and exotics practice in Norwich. This is the perfect role for a veterinary surgeon with a strong interest in imaging and internal medicine, keen to develop their career in a forward thinking and progressive environment.
The successful candidate will split their time between two partner-led branch practices, both offering modern, spacious facilities. With separate dog, cat, and exotics wards, the practice is proud to provide exceptional care across all species, ensuring a calm and professional environment for both clients and patients. State-of-the-art equipment includes a high quality ultrasound machine, digital and dental radiography, multi-parameter monitoring, and endoscopy systems, alongside specialist probes and imaging tools designed specifically for exotic cases. The practice also proudly holds Cat Friendly Clinic status, reflecting its commitment to the highest standards of patient care.
This role requires an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with proven experience in delivering excellent clinical care, supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, and leading by example within the clinical team. The ability to mentor, coach, and develop colleagues is key, as is the confidence to prepare accurate treatment and care plans, communicate effectively with clients, and foster a progressive clinical culture.
