Summary
A global firm with a strong international presenceis hiring a Senior Compensation Manager to join its global reward team.Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the firmsupports clients across industries through strategic and operational change.
Reporting into the Reward Director, you will act as a strategicpartner to HR, Finance, and business leaders across global functions. The rolewill lead on compensation design and execution, manage salary range reviewsusing market data, and provide benchmarking for complex and unique roles. Itwill also ensure internal equity, advise on senior-level offers, and supportannual and mid-year compensation cycles. The role includes delivering training,supporting global reward initiatives, and contributing to continuousimprovement projects.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiringstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiplepriorities, and a mindset of continuous improvement. The successful candidatewill be self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Theywill bring at least eight years of progressive compensation experience in acorporate or consulting environment, with a strong understanding ofcompensation models, executive pay, and stakeholder engagement. Advanced Exceland PowerPoint skills are essential.
