Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5-7, £25,583 - £26,403 pro rata, £13.26 - £13.69 per hour plus enhancements
Hours of Work: Various hours available to cover our service up to a maximum of 30 hours per week
Main Place of Work: Various locations across the Vale

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our integrated multidisciplinary team. As one of our Reablement Support Workers you will support people in their own homes with daily living tasks such as personal care and meal preparation.
