Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Leamington Spa, Nearby Areas & South Warwickshire
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum + performance-related bonus
Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready for a new challenge to start something new?
We are a reputable domiciliary care provider, well-established in the sector and now looking to expand our services to Leamington Spa. As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and shape our new service. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a branch from start-up to success, working closely with a supportive director.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the overall management, quality, compliance, and business development of the new domiciliary care service. This is a key leadership role where you will play a vital part in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities for a Registered Manager:
• Lead, manage and grow the domiciliary care service in line with RQIA regulations and company values.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled care team.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with RQIA standards.
• Oversee service delivery, audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive business growth through effective networking and local relationship-building.
What We’re Looking for in a Registered Manager:
• Proven background in the care sector, ideally with home care/domiciliary care experience, but will consider people from other care backgrounds.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
