Summary

Sales Ledger Role: Accurately process sales invoices: Match remittances and reconcile customer payments:
work with range of customers:
Maintain and update sales ledger daily:
Handle payment queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally: Respond to customers enquires in a helpful and friendly manner
Carry out credit control by chasing outstanding payments in a timely way:
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information have been provided:
Help with preparing reports as and when required
Follow company policies and financial procedures at all times
Must be confident communicating at all level and use the following Xero or Sage accounts software and Microsoft Word: Google sheets: Excel
Experienced using a CRM database management - training will provided for the right person
Other tasks includes - Admin, filing and supplier invoices
