About the Role – Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced MFL teachers to support pupils across KS3 to KS5, helping to deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions. You'll play a key role in developing students' confidence, fluency, and love for languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in French, Spanish, or other MFL subjects

  
  

• Delivering 1:1 and small group language interventions

  
  

• Assisting with lesson planning and classroom activities

  
  

• Helping students prepare for GCSE and A-Level exams

  
  

• Contributing to a positive and inclusive language-learning environment

  
  Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For

  • Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above in a language-related subject

    
    

  • Confident speakers with excellent grammar and communication skills
