Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse system specifications and requirements documentation.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional, regression, integration and usability.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to clarify requirements and test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable bug reports.
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing to ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test data.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Utilize AI-driven testing tools to enhance test coverage, generate intelligent test cases, and identify anomalies.
• Test AI/ML-based applications , validating model accuracy, fairness, and performance across use cases.

Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
