Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and play a vital role in bringing great quality produce to tables across the country? At our Prepared Foods Factory just outside of Lincoln, we’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:
Ensure every product meets the highest quality standards
Check packs are sealed, labelled correctly, and the right weight
Work alongside a supportive team to keep our busy production lines running smoothly
Your shifts:
Week one: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun
Week two: Wed & Thu
Hours: 7am until finish (approx. 12 hours)
What we’re looking for:
A team player with great communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-focused
Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Experience in a similar role is great, but not essential, we’ll train you up!
