As an Assistant Cook, you have a passion for all things food related and thrive on providing excellent customer service. You pride yourself on ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene regulations are adhered to, whilst striving to promote healthy eating to all customers. You relish the opportunity to show your energy and passion in all that you do and have a positive, “can do “ attitude.

The Key Requirements:
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong experience in cooking and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Work well under pressure
• A thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands and handle unexpected situations
• To perform duties as directed by the Catering Manager
