Summary
THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). In this position, you will ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations, while contributing to ongoing process improvements across the business. Working closely with the QA Manager and various departments, you will be involved in audit preparation, documentation control, and the implementation of new standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and maintaining QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, forms, and records.
• Creating, revising, and controlling quality documents to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Preparing documentation and coordinating departments for internal and external audits.
• Tracking audit outcomes and following up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Supporting the QA Manager during supplier, customer, and regulatory body audits.
• Assisting with the implementation of new procedures and standards in line with legislation and business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a quality administration or document control role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (essential).
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 22000 (desirable).
• ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification (preferred, but not essential).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Confidence in gathering, analysing, and presenting information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
