Summary
Provide a high standard of individualised care to patients, acting as a role model. Supporting the Unit manager in driving quality care provision forward. Be responsible for standards of cleanliness in their own clinical area in partnership with the Unit Manager. Provide clear clinical leadership to staff, deputising for the unit manager in their absence.
