Summary
Staff Psychological Wellbeing You will lead the delivery oftimely, effective psychological supportfor CWPT staff, ensuring access to high-quality care across the organisation and, where appropriate, the wider system. This includes overseeing services that provide psychological therapy and interventions for staff experiencing distress, as well as designing and implementingpreventative and proactive wellbeing initiatives. Your leadership will be central to creating a psychologically safe and supportive working environment, enabling staff to thrive even in the face of challenging and emotionally demanding circumstances.
