AD Operative - Northampton - £37,500 DOE OTE £50,000 + Overtime + Progression
The Job:
We are seeking an AD Operative to join our team based in Northampton. This is a hands on role working within our anaerobic digestion plant, supporting daily operations and ensuring the safe and efficient running of machinery. You will be part of a hardworking team with opportunities for career progression and development.

This forward thinking renewable energy company specialises in anaerobic digestion, converting agricultural and organic waste into clean biomethane, green CO₂ and sustainable fertiliser to support both energy security and farming. With a strong focus on environmental stewardship, it enhances biodiversity around its sites and actively invests in local communities through funding and engagement.

The Candidate:
- Basic farm knowledge
- Experience operating machinery, ideally a telehandler
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The Package:
- Basic salary: £37,000
- Overtime available, with potential OTE £50,000
- 50-hour working week
- 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis
- On-call rota in place
- Excellent career progression opportunities
