Summary
Role: Administrator
Location: Supreme Wheels, Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: £27,500.00
Supreme Wheels is a Specialist Alloy Wheel Refurbishment company based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our busy office function.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Administrative tasks including data entry, invoicing, handling monies, uploading documents and organising the customer bookings.
Communicating with customers through email, telephone and face to face.
Monitor customer feedback closely to ensure we deliver the best products and services.
Work to achieve agreed KPI’s, sales and growth targets.
Produce reports to monitor new and existing customer growth.
Operate within set guidelines and procedures relating to all aspects of customer service, pricing, and lead times.
Develop effective working relationships with team members and the wider BCA Business.
Have empathy for a customer’s problem and think "outside the box" to offer achievable solutions.
Support and create social media content with the help of the marketing team.
Creative and able to bring new ideas to the team.
Able to work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (essential)
Must have organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task
Numeracy skills preferred
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills, both verbally and written
Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
Team player but also able to work on own initiative
Driving Licence (desirable)
