Bar Manager – Hythe, Kent
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our busy venue in the heart of Hythe, Kent.
The Role:
Oversee day-to-day bar operations
Manage and train bar staff
Ensure excellent customer service
Stock control, ordering, and rota management
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance
About You:
Previous experience as a Bar Manager (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about hospitality and delivering great service
Organised, reliable, and hands-on
