Your new role
Within the Fixed Income Middle Office Program Execution team, you will lead multiple global initiatives across FX, Spread, Rates, and Treasury business lines. Your responsibilities will include delivering strategic transformation projects, managing risk and control frameworks, and driving process improvements. You'll work closely with operations, technology, and business stakeholders to define target operating models, oversee testing and training, and ensure alignment with business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of global markets
- Proven experience in managing process transformation projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis
- Exposure to FX, Spread, Rates, and Treasury
- Target Operating Model definition/implementation experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; JIRA experience is a plus
- Ability to lead complex, front-to-back process reviews
