Summary


Ward 12 at King's Mill Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our busy Surgical Ward. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team delivering high-quality care to surgical patients.

Our ward consists of 24 beds, including 3 bays and 12 en-suite rooms, offering a modern and well-equipped environment that supports both patient recovery and staff wellbeing. You will work closely with our established Multi-Disciplinary Team, which includes nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, all committed to delivering patient-centred care.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their personal care needs, assisting with mobility and nutrition, and helping to maintain a safe and comfortable ward environment. You will also contribute to clinical observations and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication within the team.
