We're seeking a skilled Radan Programmer to join our client in Banbury. If you have a passion for precision sheet metal fabrication and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Role Overview:
As a Radan Programmer, you'll be responsible for creating accurate and efficient CNC programs using Radan software to drive their sheet metal operations. You'll work closely with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless workflow from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop CNC programs using Radan for laser cutting, punching, and bending operations
* Interpret technical drawings and convert them into machine-ready code
* Collaborate with design engineers to resolve programming challenges
* Maintain and update Radan libraries and tooling databases
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in programming and production

Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience with Radan software
* Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with CNC machinery and tooling setups
