Summary

Staffordshire Legal Services is a large in-house corporate legal team, consisting of lawyers, trainees and support staff, with a key focus on staff training, retention and progression.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Legal Business Team. We are a well-established small team providing support to Legal Services through the provision of quality administration.
Main Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will include,
- Producing detailed analytical reports with a focus on accuracy.
- Analysing data from the Case Management System (Iken) and other systems to collate, design and create bespoken reports.
- Managing, maintaining and monitoring of legal case management, recruitment and finance systems.
- Delivery of training to staff including refresher/upgrade training on the Case Management System/procedures.
- Responding to all Case Management System issues, resolving and liaising with various sources including system providers when required.
- Maintaining, monitoring and reporting on time recording information.
- Generating invoices and associated documents in respect of work undertaken by Fee Earners.
- Adhering to Legal Services’ Lexcel Law Society Practice Management Standard practices and procedures, contributing to the process of securing re-accreditation each year.
The Ideal Candidate
We would like you to have:-
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload with excellent planning and organising skills.
- Confident presentation skills to a variety of audience.
- Ability to focus on complex tasks, with a strong eye for detail and the desire to complete to a high standard
- Team player
- Fully proficient in the full MS Office suite
