What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:22.5 - 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
As a Support Worker, you’ll start your day in the same home, supporting the same individuals to ensure consistency and build strong relationships. Daily duties include:
• Providing companionship
• Assisting with personal care
• Safeguarding
• Supporting with care plans
• Encouraging independence
• Engage in fun activities like music sessions, outings to wildlife parks, coffee shops, and even the local pub
• Whether it’s sharing a laugh over a cup of tea or helping someone pursue their interests, your role will be to make each day meaningful and joyful
