About the role
We are seeking a Retail Skills Hub Centre Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality services to customers, partners and stakeholders at the West London Retail Skills Hub, Westfield, White City.
This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operational running of the hub, managing bookings and facilities, and maintaining accurate records and reporting. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service while actively promoting the hub’s services to develop new opportunities.
The role also involves building strong employer relationships, supporting jobseekers with information, advice and guidance, and ensuring the hub is effectively staffed and resourced. You will play a vital part in raising the hub’s profile, driving commercial activity, and supporting the wider ambitions of the College.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders while promoting the hub’s values and services.
