Summary
Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm Press Setter Operator to join a well-established and precision-focused engineering environment based in the Birmingham area.
Responsibilities for the day to day include…
• Setting and operating progressive presses up to 500 tonnes.
• Carrying out regular quality inspections to maintain tight tolerances and compliance with engineering standards.
• Conducting basic maintenance and assisting with fault diagnosis to minimise machine downtime.
HOURS
Monday to Thursday
07:00am – 15:30pm
Friday
07:00am – 11:30am
PAY RATE
Up to £15.00 per hour
OTHER INFORMATION
• Free Parking
• Overtime paid in line with company overtime premium
• Progression to other roles
• Long-term opportunity which could result in a permanent contract
• Ideally hold a ROSPA certification
