We are looking for two Development Managers to support Councilandrsquo;s strategic development and regeneration programme creating active, vibrant and sustainable communities through the effective design and implementation of place making projects and initiatives, and development management of the associated processes and resources to deliver place based social and economic outcomes.

You will need to be dynamic, creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a positive approach to problem solving. andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;



Key responsibilities

andbull; To support the Councilandrsquo;s strategic development and regeneration programme creating active, vibrant and sustainable communities through the effective design and implementation of place making projects and initiatives, and development management of the associated processes and resources to deliver place based social and economic outcomes



Extensive experience of development managing multiple capital projects varying in value, scale, use and complexity from concept through to operational handover.



andbull; A track record of project and programme management of multi-faceted residential and mixed-use projects delivering them within the required time, cost, quality, and risk performance criteria.

andbull; Ambition to deliver diverse and innovative housing solutions utilising advanced manufacturing, low carbon and digital technologies.

andbull; Knowledge and understanding of funding investment strategies and involvement in the preparation of business cases for residential development projects

andbull; A strong, visible management style; the ability to build effective relationships in complex stakeholder environments and work across the public and private sectors, with vision, drive, and attention to detail.

andbull; Ability to manage all the resources associated with the delivery of residential projects, within a robust performance management framework.
