Summary

We are seeking a Lecturer ESOL, to be based at one of our NWH campuses.

Position: We are seeking a Lecturer – ESOL, to be based at one of our NWH campuses.

Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for achieving the recruitment, retention and outcome targets of students undertaking National 4, National 5, Higher qualifications and beginner/intermediate and advanced adult classes, liaising with students, outside agencies and various College staff/departments to ensure an excellent student experience and compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting programme evaluation, enhancement and continuing personal development.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will hold a CELTA, TESOL or equivalent qualification

A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.

Salary: £44,264 - £48,357 per annum, pro rata

Location: Any NWH Campus

Working Hours: 30 hours, Permanent

Closing Date: 12th September 2025, 12 noon
