Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) – £57,200 | 44 Hours per week | Day Shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with active NMC registration
  • Previous experience in a senior nurse or unit manager role within a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Compassionate approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and person-centred care

Key Responsibilities
