Summary
Manufacturing Operatives
We have an exciting opportunity for Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established and growing business, working Monday to Friday in fast moving production areas.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering stability, training, and clear opportunities for career development.
What you'll be doing:
- Machining, and fabricating of plastic/wood and metal materials (full training provided)
- Working as part of a skilled production team
- Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
- Carrying out manual and physical tasks as part of the role
What we're looking for:
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Great manual dexterity
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
- Overtime and alternative shifts available
- £12.60 per hour with a clear path to salary increases- potential to earn £13.50PH.
