Summary

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Street Cleaner roles to work with an important company in the Ilkeston and Long Eaton area. You will be working for a key client involved in maintaining clean and safe public spaces.

Shift Patterns:

  • Various shifts available including early morning starts

  • Additional hours available with the street scene teams (usually 07:30-16:00), on a flexible 7-day rota

Pay Rates:

  • £13.26 per hour

As a Street Cleaner, you will need to have:

  • Previous cleaning or maintenance experience (advantageous but not essential)

  • NO driving licence required

Role of a Street Cleaner:

  • Open and clean public toilets in Long Eaton or Ilkeston

  • Sweep, mop, clear litter, and empty rubbish bins

  • Assist with any public requests or requirements

  • Report directly to the Street Scene Manager

  • Support street scene teams on additional days as needed
