Summary
What you'll do:
- Interpret client briefs and produce CAD drawings to specification and budget.
- Create visualisations, renders, and Photoshop mock-ups of signage in location.
- Prepare technical drawings for manufacture using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Maintain document control and manage file versions accurately.
- Produce accurate cutting files, dimensions, and production-ready artwork.
- Work with a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, acrylics, and vinyls.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, budgets, and project standards.
What you've done:
- Worked as a Signage Draftsperson / CAD Technician / Signage Designer.
- Produced both concept visualisations and production-ready technical drawings.
- Used industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, InDesign (CorelDRAW/SignLab desirable).
- Gained experience in signage fabrication processes and materials.
- Delivered accurate, on-time design packs within project budgets.
