Summary

Join Our Team as a Waking Night Support Worker in Mytchett/Ash Vale! (GU16)

Part-Time Contract (Tuesday and Saturday Nights)

Who Will You Be Supporting? Join our close-knit team where you will be supporting 5 people aged in their 40's-70's. We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.

What Will You Be Doing:

Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
Night Support: Assist with personal care and medication needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night
