Summary

We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our highways drainage team based in Brixworth Northamptonshire. In this role you'll be working closely with the Drainage Supervisor and wider drainage team taking responsibility for a range of administrative and operational tasks. These include managing daily team administration, closing down site visits, exporting new reactive job tickets, recording traffic management requirements, and programming works to ensure completion within agreed SLAs. This is a part time role 20 hours per week.

Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: Permanent Part time 20 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £13,104 per year + benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be raising follow-up tickets for reactive drainage works, responding to Fix My Street updates, booking road space, and ensuring compliance with all road space booking requirements. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records of personnel and vehicles.

Your day to day will include:

-Monitoring and programming of reactive works tickets

-Tracking outstanding works

-Ensuring adherence to road space b

-Recording traffic management

-Assisting the emergency response team in severe weather
