Summary

Do you love planning activities and filling up the calendar with fun and exciting things? We're on the hunt for an Enrichment Lead who can turn student life into a launchpad for leadership, wellbeing, enterprise and social impact. Your role won't just make students college-ready, but life-ready!
In this role, you will curate and deliver a vibrant mix of enrichment activities from sports tournaments to sustainability campaigns. You will champion student voice through peer mentors, ambassadors and representatives. Plan unforgettable trips, events and campaigns that will be remembered for life and support initiatives and entrepreneurial competitions. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring fresh, inclusive opportunities to life. Finally, you will design summer programmes that are both impactful and commercially savvy, and use technology and social media to amplify student engagement and showcase their incredible achievements. You will bring: A flair for planning and delivering events that students actually want to attend A creative mindset with a knack for turning ideas into action Confidence with digital tools and social media to boost visibility and engagement A collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire others A commitment to inclusivity, safeguarding and student wellbeing Ability to manage multiple projects or events under time constraints Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to interact positively with young people and adults Strong organisational skills, self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised Flexibility and openness to new ideas Ability to enthuse and motivate others You will need: Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths and ICT Sports Leadership or Management qualification at Level 3 or willing to work towards one A qualification in Youth Work, Event Management or a related discipline (desirable) Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver events and activities, ideally in an educational setting Experience in the FE/education sector (desirable) Strong understanding of how technology enhances student experience, including social media and digital tools Awareness of health and safety, safeguarding protocols and risk assessments Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook Understanding of personal development and its impact on education Willingness to participate in Duke of Edinburgh or similar expeditions
