Recently upgraded to a high standard, the practice boasts two consult rooms plus a separate nurse consult, a large prep room, a spacious waiting area, a designated imaging room, and a refurbished theatre complete with new ultrasound, dental, and radiography equipment. With such fantastic facilities, it’s a modern and inspiring environment where exceptional patient care can truly thrive.
The successful candidate will be an RCVS registered RVN with a proven track record of delivering outstanding patient and client care. As a natural leader, you will guide and inspire the nursing team, implementing a progressive clinical culture and championing the development of nurse clinics and consultations. Your ability to coach, influence, and motivate others will be key to maintaining excellence across all areas of the practice.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting surgeries and procedures, overseeing admissions and discharges, managing patient monitoring and care, and promoting nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 surgeries. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while continually driving professional excellence and best practice across the team.
