An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Veterinary Physiotherapist to join a respected practice in Monmouthshire. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied caseload, providing hands-on physiotherapy and tailored rehabilitation plans while working alongside a supportive team of vets, nurses, and hydrotherapists.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Carry out thorough physiotherapy assessments and create tailored treatment programmes


    • Deliver hands-on therapies such as massage, stretching, joint mobilisation, and, where applicable, therapeutic ultrasound or TENS


    • Work closely with hydrotherapists and veterinary colleagues to provide seamless rehabilitation care


    • Maintain accurate patient and client records, liaising with referring vets as needed


    • Educate and support owners on home exercise regimes and post-treatment care


    • Contribute to clinical development and CPD sessions where appropriate


      About You
      • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Physiotherapy (NAVP, IRVAP, or RAMP registered)


      • Confident working with small animals across a range of conditions


      • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues


      • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care


      • Hydrotherapy certification (desirable but not essential)
