We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Out of Hours team within the Operational Service Centre (OSC).
This is a part-time, remote role working Monday to Friday, 5pm–9pm (20 hours per week).

Job Description
As Service Coordinator, you’ll provide vital support to our operational field teams, account teams, and other departments.
Your role will include coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication so that services are delivered efficiently and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised and detail-focused who wants to make a real impact in a flexible role.
Key Responsibilities
Process and log client calls accurately, translating them into engineering or FM solutions in line with contractual requirements.
Identify and deliver the most appropriate solutions to client requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the account delivery team.
Manage and update software systems such as Maximo to ensure accurate records.
Provide professional and articulate helpdesk support that exceeds client expectations.
Support the account delivery team with administration duties and escalation of issues.
Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or administrative roles.
Strong call handling skills with a professional approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals.
Strong organisational and planning skills to schedule activities and events.
Ability to understand and analyse statistical data.
